PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE USING THEM!!! Unfortunately I didn’t have good experience with them!!! I told them that I’m looking to purchase a foreclosure property, and I need a title search, to make sure everything is clean before the auction date. They charged me $200 and at the end they couldn’t tell if there was clean title or not! They said in order to know if the tile is clean will need to run another different search which it’ll cost another $250!
