the elderly man (oftentimes with mask) on the Hudson Newsstand store at Pittsburgh International Airport, his services style is quite bothersome and cold; his facial expressions show intimidating that made me uncomfortable to interact each time and he may be impatient by non-verbal cues; I do love the other co-workers who are helpful. This is the corporate headquarters for the Hudson Group. There are no retail operations here, just offices. I have been through more airports than I care to count (though I do have a collection of my airport reviews here on Yelp) and Hudson Group has become one of those brands that I ended up knowing whether I wanted to or not. Have been to several so called job fairs at Fort Lauderdale airport to be interviewed to work in one of their 18 stores as stock clerk/CSR. I am more than qualified but never get the courtesy of a response either way after the interviews which seem to go well. Maybe they don't hire seniors or people that speak unaccented English? Dressing like slobs for an interview with 'droopy drawers' seems to be acceptable. Very disappointed 👎

Very rude lady that you guys have working as a receptionist. She was not able to provide or help with any information and asked if she could provide her name she rudely says that it is not necessary. I don’t understand how a company this big has uneducated people working under them

Asked for help scanning an item, after three tries. Sally was very rude. Sorry it was such a bother. I took my business elsewhere. I will never go into Hudson again. Salt Lake airport B gate.
