Work is ok, the pay sucks and you NEVER get a raise. Ppl that's been there over 10 years still making 9 something an hour. One of the managers Judy is a lunatic! Never work in her department
Worst managed company I've ever been exposed to. Owner more concerned about his personal lifestyle than the company welfare. Plant employees are underpaid and haven't received a raise in years, which is reflective in the effort towards the product. Antiquated systems, processes and packaging. Operations are the complete opposite of Six Sigma. Same products and same packaging from the '80's. Do not consider working for this company!
