Jackie arranged for us to walk through a pre-market apartment that ticked all the boxes as downsizers. After inspecting the property, we fell in love. It took us a few days to complete our due diligence and Jackie was very prompt in answering all our questions and went above and beyond to provide us all the necessary documents. Her patience was much appreciated and gave us the peace of mind we bought the right property and couldn't be thankful to Jackie and her team with their professionalism and efforts!

Unfortunately our strata committee has had a terrible experience with Daniel Krunes, which reflects on Hudson McHugh as a whole. Poor communication on serious matters affecting the wellbeing and safety of multiple residents, which Mr Krunes had direct responsibility over as a property manager. The issue is ongoing. Email remain unanswered, calls not returned, deadlines missed. From the tenants, owners, and residents perspective; Hudson McHugh appear to have been a poor choice for property management.
