He basically called me a not smart black man! he also gave me the run around for 3 weeks and refused to take my car after fixing it and I was still under warranty and i took it to another shop for a diagnostic, amd he also didnt reset my computer after changing my engine and stuff i also believe he damage my car I paid him 2000 dollars for him to change my engine, water pump, spark plugs, and other stuff oh and he didn't even refill my fluids I had to!
I will never use this business again and if you're smart you will take your car elsewhere. For starters let me say Nahm has had my car for 6 months yes I said 6 months and it's still not fixed. I took my car to Kelly BMW to have a diagnostic check to find out what was wrong with my car. After finding out and deciding what was most important to me to have fixed at this present time. If you want to save yourself time, money and hassle, I would not step foot into this service center. For starters, I was a little late bringing the vehicle in on the tow truck - my appointment was 10am and I arrived at 11:30 am. The owner said he did not have room for my vehicle on his lot because I was late. I had to leave the car on the public street outside of the service lot and I returned the next day to push it on his lot. They kept my Saab 93 for 2 months.
