I was just refused care because they did not approve of my mask which did cover my nose and mouth... they did not care that I am terribly claustrophobic nor that I was not there for a routine check but a problem with my eyes. Very disappointed

It would be really super to actually get a call back, when they say they will call back. My dad had to go into Emergency yesterday and needs testing. All I am aware of is that he was moved to a room in 2 West at 130am. I called this morning for an update, the first time I called I was hung up on. The second time, I was told a nurse named Megan was going to call me back. left my name and number and havent heard anything. They haven't been telling my mother much either. You need to communicate with the family since we are not ... read more

How is it that you bring your mom for care and they have not fed her or given her water. ??? Please help me understand how this is acceptable!!! She hasn't eaten in DAYS! They refuse to explain anything and the nurses have been so rude and nasty. "You're in a hospital, expect beeping" was the response when her humidification alarm was going off. It took someone else to answer and fix the problem and the alarm stopped. What happened to this hospital? I thought they prided themselves on customer service and kind caring nurses.... read more

Well earlier a nurse almost tripped on some floor pads that were leaning up by the bathroom door along with a couple of walkers my husband ... read more

When the pandemic first started, people were not allowed in the hospital to be triaged if they had any symptoms of Covid. Only patients who were in critical condition due to Covid we’re allowed in. Now, anyone with symptoms, including positive patients are allowed in the waiting room. There is no separation, or isolation. I was told there weren’t enough resources? Why can’t you at least keep Covid and suspected Covid patients on the right side of the waiting room and everyone else on the left? I was unknowingly sitting near ... read more
