John has been fantastic to work with, and we are really pleased with our gorgeous, wonderfully aromatic new cedar barrel hot tub (which now matches our cedar barrel sauna!). John is a standout and truly exceptional to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our cedar tub purchase, and remains communicative and helpful even after the job was finished. We can’t say enough good things about John Cox and Hudson Valley Hot Tubs. Our cedar soaking tub has completely changed how we use our home — we’re in it almost every day. Sitting in hot water outside while it’s snowing is magic, and the cedar aroma alone feels therapeutic. We also host a small Airbnb, and the tub has been transformative for our business.
