We can’t say enough good things about John Cox and Hudson Valley Hot Tubs. Our cedar soaking tub has completely changed how we use our home — we’re in it almost every day. Sitting in hot water outside while it’s snowing is magic, and the cedar aroma alone feels therapeutic. We also host a small Airbnb, and the tub has been transformative for our business. What an excellent experience. The quality of the cedar tub is really superb - the best of many others I have had in other houses. John is also a top guy. Goes out of his way to do things right, fix problems, customer service. Highly recommend.
I can't recommend Hudson Hot tubs highly enough! I had one built this past summer, and I’m still in awe every single day of the incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. John and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. Even after the project was completed, John has continued to be a wonderful resource, always available to answer questions and offer expert advice on maintenance and care. It was truly worth every penny and has exceeded my hot tub dreams : )
We’ve had our tub for about a year and I’m in it almost every night! John does beautiful work — the minimalist coopered design is so elegant and oh so Upstate. Go for it!
Getting this hot tub from Hudson Hot Tubs was the best upgrade I could have made for my home. It is a beautiful work of art that I appreciate almost daily all year round.
