AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAUGE. I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and unethical conduct of our previous landlord. Despite our explicit disagreement, they insisted on entering our apartment without our presence, citing a clause in the lease as their only justification, completely disregarding our right to privacy and security. Looking at the pros, it was very easy to apply. The website is easy to navigate and the rentals are there with no loopholes. The online portal is easy to access as well so paying rent is facilitated. The cons, when I applied for the apartment I wanted to move into. I wanted to move at the start of July and stated that in my application, and on the phone.
