Far different than what’s on web page most these places are a scam they don’t pay landlord and landlord defaults the mortgage to property manager after fake bills they never even mowed the lawn let alone fixed the mold then they want take you to court they have a legal team nobody to move the paint brush around total scam avoid like the mold 4 months fix leaking shower. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAUGE. I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional and unethical conduct of our previous landlord. Despite our explicit disagreement, they insisted on entering our apartment without our presence, citing a clause in the lease as their only justification, completely disregarding our right to privacy and security. Furthermore, they blatantly violated the law by keeping our security deposit past the mandated 14 days after move-out, and even went as far as unjustly withholding additional funds.
