I let Mike Hudson know my AC was acting up over the weekend and he sent his crew over first thing Monday morning. Evan and Caleb were very friendly and thorough and looked everything over. This is my go-to HVAC company every time. They are always fair and reasonable as well as caring about their customers.
I used Hudson a few months back when my heater wasn't heating and Mike was forthcoming about the status of my system. He didn't pressure me into buying a new system but I asked for a quote and he gave a more than reasonable price, thousands lower than another company did. Fast forward 4 months later I decide to go ahead with the replacement and he honored the original quote which I'm told is unlikey for companies especially once temperatures and demand for repairs skyrocket so I'm very thankful for everything.
