Just switching over from another pharmacy, I am finding the service fast and friendly ! They've made a great 1st impression !
I switched to HHHN pharmacy because I thought it would be more efficient since I have a HHHN provider. Now I wait no less than 5 days for a refill on my meds. Even if when I request a refill I let them know that I have X-amount left, there is zero urgency whatsoever. Additionally, they don’t accept Good RX. My insurance does not cover my meds, so I rely on Good RX to help pay for it. They do have their own discount card they will owe for me, but it is double the cost of Good RX.
