Unfortunately another lender dropped the ball and strung us along so I reached out to Luis and told him the situation and how pertinent it was that this deal go through for funding for an investment. Not only did he get the deal done within THREE WEEKS, but also meticulously made sure every aspect of the deal from front to back was on point. Knowledgeable, personable & honest is what we hit dealing with Luis.

I had the opportunity of working with Luis Omar Figueroa. Everything they say about this man is true. He is fast, responsive and most importantly he Gets The Job Done! The entire service from beginning to closing was a great experience. Luis not only knows what he’s doing but he’s very helpful the entire way. He pretty much would hold your hand (if need be) and communicate the entire day even after business hours to make sure all your questions are answered. He tells you all the information you need to know what he needs and if there’s something he can’t do for whatever reason he’ll know someone who can.
