On 7am on 11/2 whoever was staffing the place was awful. Fire her. There was a huge line at the kiosk and I asked if she could check more people out manually to double the efficiency with the self checkout. She said yes and proceed to play with her hair and not help.
11/1/2025! BUG IN SALAD and I was DENIED a REFUND because I didn’t have my receipt. I used my Apple Pay to pay for my salad so I didn’t think I needed a receipt. I opened the prepackaged salad and a bug flew out onto the lid. I immediately took the salad back to the store and they asked if I wanted another one…! What? I declined to get another salad as I was TRAUMATIZED and didn’t want another salad after seeing the bug (the store associate saw the bug too).
