I chose this salon because of its 5-star rating, and I wanted a gray and lavender look. I came in for a strand test first, then came back for the full appointment. When I left, I didn't love the result, and it wasn't what I'd pictured. That's when I found out what a 5-star rating means. I went back, told Gillian what I didn't like, and she listened.
