The staff are caring and willing to assist you. I see Jamie Bovair and my husband sees Karen Going. Other medical staff also. They are thorough and keep us up to date on necessary testing. Always feel comfortable and can talk about any concerns. So thankful we have them. 💕
Jamie Bovair is a wonderful caring provider, very friendly and professional. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Dr Kandora, NP Karen Going, ANP Jamie Bovair are the worst providers I've ever seen. They messed with my medications. Some prescriptions have refills and some don't have refills. Some are 90 day supplies and some are 30 day supplies. There's no consistency in the way they prescribe medications. It's difficult to keep track of. Getting refills is a struggle everytime you request refills. Non of mine are controlled substances either. RN Chelsey Root doesn't deliver messages correctly to your providers. I've been going here for a few years and Dr Kandora and the rest of the care team have been great to work with. Dr Kandora is extremely attentive to any and all symptoms you may be experiencing and always leans towards extra caution and testing instead of being dismissive. He referred me to a surgeon who performed ulnar release surgery on both of my elbows which greatly improved my day to day life, and he makes sure my prescriptions are treating all issues I deal with without negative side effects.
