I have had several bad experiences at this place, but the 1st time I am commenting. I understand that people can have bad days so let it go twice, but today, I am annoyed.The women who worked there on those days were not friendly, even a little bit! No greeting, no small talk, just grumpy! It is very small and rarely anyone there so it certainly is not a busy stressful job. They hate it or people? I went for bloodwork which required fasting a few months ago because it was more convenient since I live in Hudson Falls. The staff was very welcoming, pleasant, and very accommodating of my disabilities. The waiting area, reception area, bathroom, and procedure area were all clean and organized. They had the results to my doctor at Irongate quickly also.
