The Dr I saw and who performed my cataract surgery was great, Dr. Walsman, and I would absolutely recommend him. With that said however, I don’t recommend Hudson eye. They pack people in and the wait times are ridiculous.
14 days and still can’t get an appointment. I have never in my life encountered anything like this in my life with any health related business. There is no way to possibly get through the phone system to schedule an appointment and the online system won’t let me schedule the type of exam I need. I don’t know what type of business would make it this hard for people in need of help to get an appointment.

New office, google says 6 30 pm on Wednesday, but I was there today at 5 45 and no one there. No one pics up the call
my girlfriend was treated rudely and disrespectfully by one of the techs, Justin. he called her a man, and when she told him her name and that she is a woman, he refused to apologize or even acknowledge that he made a mistake. the other workers were polite and friendly, but this experience left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
