I had a really positive experience overall. The front desk staff and the doctor were very nice, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The service on the medical side was great, and everything felt smooth and welcoming. The only issue, which was very off-putting, was my experience at the Bayonne Optical store inside the office. There was a shorter, older woman named Adele assisting there who came across as very rude and uninterested in helping. The Dr I saw and who performed my cataract surgery was great, Dr. Walsman, and I would absolutely recommend him. With that said however, I don’t recommend Hudson eye. They pack people in and the wait times are ridiculous.
14 days and still can’t get an appointment. I have never in my life encountered anything like this in my life with any health related business. There is no way to possibly get through the phone system to schedule an appointment and the online system won’t let me schedule the type of exam I need. I don’t know what type of business would make it this hard for people in need of help to get an appointment.

New office, google says 6 30 pm on Wednesday, but I was there today at 5 45 and no one there. No one pics up the call
