I have lived here twice and have never had any issues. It’s always relatively quiet and you get a great value for the price of rent honestly. Maintenance requests always answered quickly and any questions from the office were attended to. Neighbors can get a bit messy outside of their homes but that didn’t really bother me that much. The only thing that would be great is a communal area for tornado watches/warnings as it’s a real threat in Ohio and a bit scary being in a mobile home at those times.
Nice little community don't know much about it except a friend lives there.
It's a very lovely place. Dana is very helpful and warm hearted in the leasing office. Dan is the man! He is very helpful and attentive to issues with units. His kindness improves our community. Thank you Dan!

My family and I moved in 3 yrs and 4 months ago. The people there are so nice and friendly except the office people and that guy they call a maintenance man, please he came to fix my daughters bedroom door and all it needed was a hinge put back on so he left to go get one and never came back! My husband went to Lowe’s and bought one to fix it so she could have privacy! He don’t know anything about maintenance.
