I have been living here for 2 years and don’t have any plans to leave anytime soon. Rent prices are fair, everyone is super friendly and waves at each other. I only have 2 small complaints and those are that there’s no real communication between tenant and landlord. It’s hard to get ahold of them via phone or email, and the other day someone came and power washed our house (which is great) but it was at 9am and it scared us because we didn’t know what was going on, we just heard super loud noises and our walls and windows we... read more
Would not recommend. Fireworks, drugs, loud music and drug use in broad daylight. The landlord and the company she works for do not communicate with anyone. But when you move out expect a ton of fraudulent charges that can’t be explained to you because nobody reaches out to me after leaving several messages. Also, not really their fault but for some reason whenever you try to get something delivered it will always go to the wrong place.
