Very rude; showed no empathy; did not listen , i wanted to get my ears cleaned and told her i do not like my ears suctioned due to trauma, so she told me it does not hurt (like shes in my body and know it wont hurt) ; when i have repeatedly avoided suction at all times. She then proceeded with an instrument which i used all the time and fine going slow; she told me to stop moving but i was in pain; and said i could see my other doctor ive seen years ago and to cancel the appointment
