Had this provider and had a bad experience with them. Long story short is two suites down someone changed their electricity causing mine to cancel with Hudson. I explained everything to them and they still made me pay the fee even though I never intentionally canceled.
After our contract was up they more than tripled our rate, we had another company at our other location and they did not do that. I expected it to go up but come on. They also remove you from their online system so you can't access your past bills. Won't consider them when my current contract is up.
