I sent an email regarding get some tunes done for track bikes and I did not receive an email for 2 weeks so I decided to give them a call. I called once in the early afternoon and the phone went straight to I am guessing the owners voicemail and later that week I tried calling again and left my name and number and have not heard back. It has been a month since I have reached out to them and never heard a thing. I sent an email last year as well for an older bike I owned and never got an email response back either. Very poor.
Cool guy - nice shop - just getting set up for business here in Westfield after winning in Austin F4 this week - glad I stopped by!
