THANK YOU HUDSON DOUGLAS! YOU'RE AMAZING. I thought public adjusters were only required when managing large disasters, but I know better now. During a monsoon, a handful of shingles tore off my roof and weakened a few areas on the roof. I thought I would most definitely be paying the quoted $2K repairs out of pocket. Best public adjuster ever. We had tens of thousands of dollars in damage from a water heater leak, and our insurer offered us 10% of what they eventually paid out. Without Doug Waldie, we would have had to pay the 90% ourselves. He was super knowledgeable and really fought for our rights. I would definitely hire him again -- he's worth every penny. Note that the insurer's like to drag their heels, but if you're willing to wait, and have Hudson Douglas on your side, you'll get what you're entitled to.
