Always picked up the phone anytime of day, and always called rite back. I never worried once about anything getting done incorrect. The communication was truly top notch. Amazing place! The staff is amazing and friendly! They are on time, I even went early, which in this day an age is almost an impossibility! Fair pricing, great staff, and wonderful facility make this a no brainer for all of your needs! I had a very unique situation and they were there every step of the way and went above and beyond. I barely make any recommendations but this place is awesome!!!
Hudson DNA is the most comfortable testing facility that I've ever been to. The office is a relaxing and clean space, truly unique and incomparable to the more well-known laboratories but what makes Hudson a five-star facility is, by far, the customer service and support provided by the staff.
