Adam Payne is terrific. But waiting almost an hour is pretty much unacceptable. I had a 10:15 appt and was asked to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at 5 to 10 and wasn’t taken in until 10:35. I waited another 15 minutes in the room. I live an hour away so this 10:15 appt which takes 15 minutes becomes a 3 hour ordeal.
Excellent, professional physician, with impressive expertise and clear communication. Also an excellent staff, from check in to check out. Definitely 5 stars.
