Jada is thoughtful, caring, professional, and devoted to helping others. Her energy radiates to others in times of need, she offers great problem-solving ideas to help me. She has such an uplifting presence about her, on my worst day she can always turn it around. Her counseling has helped guide me in my life, in more ways than she will ever know. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

If I could, I would leave zero stars for this woman. I went to see her at a very low point in my life and she turned me away, telling me I was essentially beyond help and should admit myself to the hospital (although she knew I had a baby and was not able to do so). I am still being harassed years later to pay for an appointment that I was almost immediately rejected from. I have been seeing Jada for almost 15 years. I had been in and out of therapy prior to that for years. Previously, I only felt that I went in and regurgitated what occurred during the prior week with no input or ideas for change. With Jada there is a dialogue, and I always feel like I am leaving my appointment with new insight and tools to apply to my daily life and relationships.

Jada has been an amazing source of information and support in the field of firefighter emotional and mental wellness. She is able to connect with the first responder in a very unique way and her ability to listen and respond to the individual is second to none. I have brought her name up to several first responders and their departments as a resource for mental health.
