I reached out at 6pm the night before I needed my rental unit cleaned and on short notice they were able to squeeze me in! I’m glad they did my quote was reasonable but when Deja came out she realized that the job would take longer than expected. She was very knowledgeable and was able to keep me updated on the changes and she gave me a blow by blow of the process. Hudson Cleans did an amazing job with my deep cleaning! Deja was so professional and communicated with me every step of the way. She had my place looking brand new—just like when I first moved in two years ago. She even gave me helpful suggestions on how to clean my sofa and offered to take care of it once I get the right materials. Deja was very communicative, friendly and professional, and did a great job cleaning our condo. She brought supplies but asked if we had any products we preferred to use instead, and she was great with our dog too. We will happily continue using her services.
Deja is phenomenal. Her customer service is above and beyond. I am overjoyed to have crossed paths with Hudson Cleaning. I contacted Deja this Thursday afternoon via Thumbtack hoping she would be available to come Friday because I have guest coming into town this weekend. I was in an absolutely crunch.
