We had our wedding at the Hudson Candy Factory and everything was absolutely beautiful! Maria did a wonderful job communicating with our guests and organizing our space, and the food was AMAZING! If you are looking for an intimate, unique venue in the heart of Downtown Troy, you can't go wrong with HCF! <3
Went to my nieces wedding and it was fantastic. Decorated beautifully and food was delicious. Wait staff was awesome. What a great place for a wedding reception. Parking in the garage was easy and walking to the building very easy.
The Hudson Candy Factory is a secret gem in a really fun area of Troy. I highly recommend booking your event here! We had our wedding here on 7/25/25 and it was absolutely beautiful and not to mention, affordable! Maria does a really great job communicating with you throughout the whole planning process, setting up the decor to look amazing, and making sure everything happens as planned the day of so you don't have to.
