My latest appreciation goes out to Trevor and his team. You guys are second to none!
Is was a fine experience. I had issues with my GM Reward Points and Steve, the manager, worked with GM regional to work out a solution. I wasn't sure if it was just "lip service" but everything worked out well and in a timely manner. I was quite surprised and frankly impressed with how everything worked out. They are running a fine operation.
