We bought our hot tub in 2023. It broke down 6 months later. We replaced the control panel and now it's broken again but it's been very temperamental Since we bought it some months it works. Some days you go to turn it on and it won't start now they think it's the heater. Customer service is iffy if you get a live person It is taking me numerous phone calls and numerous emails to finally get somebody to respond each time when we have an issue with this hot tub. Poor customer service.
I wish I would have known how bad their customer service was before purchasing the tub. I feel bad for the people who answer the phones because they seem to know how bad it is. Without spending an hour on details, part of the spa broke within 2 weeks of having it. After spending hours on the phone with customer service, they said a repair person would have to come out. When I said that it should be paid for by the company, I was told it would have to go through the manager. Rep put me on hold to talk to manager and came back... read more
