Brought my car here in person asked if they worked on mini coopers they assured me they did so I bought a tow truck to get it there. I called several times and they assured me someone would “look at it today” several times. After about a week came in person because it had become impossible to get ahold of ANYONE in the shop. The attitude we were met with was unbelievably rude. Turns out they took my skid plate off and decided they would not even look at the car any further. Amazing and friendly service. Great guy, fast and amazing work. Cannot reccomend anyone else more. First trustworthy mechanic in the area I've found. Cannot thank him enough! If you have a Volkswagen bring it to him!
