Hudson Automotive Group owns Greensboro Nissan in Greensboro, NC. The dealership forged my name on a revised contract of which I was not aware. My name was also forged on NC Department of Motor Vehicles documents, and other sales documents as well. Hudson Automotive Group is not a company of integrity, ethics or professional standards. Instead of taking accountability and providing an acceptable resolution to the fraudulent behavior, they have obtained an attorney to bully me, the victim. Five star service from start to finish. Sales person was no pressure and knowledgeable, sales manager was personable and made sure we were being taken care of, the finance manager took his time to explain all options and made it all make sense. A 5 star experience from start to finish. They’ve certainly earned my future business.
