Our alternator in our new Buick Enclave died about 20 miles west of Silverthorne. We were stressed by a snow storm and trying to make it to Denver Children's Hosptial for our grandson's heart procedure the next day. The service department quickly diagnosed the problem, then arranged for a rental car. They ordered the part and had it shipped in the next day. Within 24 hours, we had our car back.
