Will never deal with this establishment again. I've been without my appliance for 4cdays and still no repairs done. Poor management.
This company is absolutely awful. Their customer service is not in Hudson, Ohio. The individual I spoke with on the phone was completely unprofessional. When questioning what was going on with a broken dryer, he replied, "are you a technician?" - He also informed me these employees are all Independent Contractors. The customer service rep was rude and I outright asked if he was being a smartass. I am beside myself. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. DO NOT USE THEM. We are now out $60 for the diagnostic. I called for assistance with my Bosch dryer which had been not acting normal and on the fritz. They got it working on day of repair. I was so happy I didn't have to shell out another $1,000 for a new machine.
Beware!! This business set up a fake address in google business. They have a remote call center. Very deceiving. Look at the the pic on google, on Darrow rd. They are not actually there. I would never let a business like this into my home!!!
