Had a great experience with this office. We are self-paying (uninsured) and when we came in for the consultation, I was very happy with the financing option they provided. We began treatment and over the course of the next 2 1/2 years Dr. Ho and his team took excellent care of my daughter. His knowledge and expertise allowed him to avoid dental surgery to remove a tooth, and instead he was able to redirect it into place. Great orthodontist! I’ve been here my whole life and it’s kept up it’s great service and culture even after Ho took over the business from Hudson.
I appreciated the thorough initial evaluation received and was sold on getting treatment here immediately. All of the staff members are courteous and helpful. I was that patient who found it easier to send a quick email (when feasible) and always received a quick response. I give them a 10/10!
I completed my Invisalign treatment this week, and it's been a totally flawless experience! Dr. Chandler is super friendly and does a great job of explaining the process. The team are all lovely and kind, and I've enjoyed the smooth and friendly office experience—getting set up, making appointments, appointment reminders. Love the vibe of the office. Nice, clean atmosphere with a cool fish aquarium! I fully recommend this place for your orthodontic care!
