Great orthodontist! I’ve been here my whole life and it’s kept up it’s great service and culture even after Ho took over the business from Hudson.
I appreciated the thorough initial evaluation received and was sold on getting treatment here immediately. All of the staff members are courteous and helpful. I was that patient who found it easier to send a quick email (when feasible) and always received a quick response. I give them a 10/10!
I completed my Invisalign treatment this week, and it's been a totally flawless experience! Dr. Chandler is super friendly and does a great job of explaining the process. The team are all lovely and kind, and I've enjoyed the smooth and friendly office experience—getting set up, making appointments, appointment reminders. Love the vibe of the office. Nice, clean atmosphere with a cool fish aquarium! I fully recommend this place for your orthodontic care!
Would highly recommend this orthodontist! Front staff makes you feel welcome. They helped me straighten my teeth with Invisalign so it was nice to see my progress. Staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. They remember the small details during small talk. For instance, they sent me and my boyfriend a card congratulating us on our baby. Iys definitely a family vibe when being there. If/when our child needs braces, I look forward to taking him to Hudson and Ho.
Very nice, very professional staff here. They helped fix my teeth with Invisalign and scheduled me for regular visits in advance. It was great that they send reminders via email and text. Everyone was always so nice and friendly, they even sent me cards when I had my grandson and newborn son. They remember the small details about you in conversations during checkups. I would definitely recommend this orthodontist to family and friends.
