Dr. Timothy Mainardi is, by far, one of the best doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He engaged with me and my medical history and spent lots of time discussing causation and the reality of spiraling medical anxiety. What’s more, he was personable and a joy to talk to. Nice clinic at a convenient location, right off 5th Ave. Dr. Silverman is thorough and pleasant. I felt at ease during my visit.
Called this practice on recommendation from a current patient there. I was sent to an answering service and left a message. The problem was when I received a callback yesterday the reception staff called, I was answering and they pretended not to hear me and hung up. They did not bother calling back again to let me know about whether my insurance is accepted. I had to call back the next day to receive a cold response from reception. What an absolute joke.
