Front desk person is very unprofessional, went to see dr and get medication changed, they called in the same medication I was on, when I called back and left message for nurse or dr no one ever got back with me
Tried to make an appointment but the front desk lady was the most rude person in the medical field by far in Abilene. Started off with a “sigh” when I asked to make an appointment and gave me attitude and was clearly annoyed that I called when she informed me my previous doctor wasn’t there. hung up so quick when I was considered a “new patient” and they don’t take new patients right now. Acted like I knew that rule and was bothering them. So unprofessional.

Around 2020 when I was with Aetna, they added Dr Hudman as my PCP. In 2025, I moved to United Healthcare, and I selected Hudman as my PCP without ever having seen him. Went to his office on S 14th and triedto make an app, but the receptionist denyed me an appointment. So I ask, DR HUDMAN, to get a message to you, that I am in fine health, I only need a prescription to omoxycillin or pennicilin, got a bad drip down there and I can clear some infections oand this Dr Patrick Young will not write me a script and this has been go... read more
