I recently went in to Hudlows and was greeted very promptly with a hello and "how are you doing today." When I told her it was my first time here she said welcome to Hudlows, Which I thought was very refreshing for a change. I needed a couple of dresses cleaned and asked her a few questions which she answered nicely, while she was waiting on me another customer had walked in and she knew them by name and told them hi and that she would be with them unless they were just dropping off.
