Jackie, Morgan, Anthony and the rest of the team are very kind, helpful and communicative. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and the team made the entire process feel easy! Everything seemed to go according to plan thru closing and folks were always responsive to our questions.

I’m a hard money lender and one of my borrowers in NH was forced to use this firm. The communication was terrible, the closing attorney was constantly behind on emails or not following the chain and they charged my borrower over $13K to close a single transaction. This is borderline theft. Stay away from this firm. Poor service and overcharging are not good for business. Now my borrower is going to file a formal complaint to the AGs office and NH Bar association to get some of his money back. Let this be a warning.
