Ken and the rest of the service team were EXTRAORDINARILY helpful with my 2019 LEAF SL Plus. We had a very challenging issue involving Apple CarPlay static/distortion during calls and text playback that took quite a bit of back-and-forth to work through, and even when the conversations became frustrating, Ken stayed perfectly patient and professional throughout the whole process. I've just bought a car from a rental company.
