Dropped off van Friday with Dailey for oil change and to look at transmission. I didn’t receive any notification on it. I waited Monday morning to the exact 8am opening time outside the door until I was let in. No one knew anything about it and Dailey was late. Phillip had to go figure out what the status was and come to find out nothing was done. Oasis will not bring any vehicles here again.
Hudiburg Service is by far the best dealership that I have worked with. I’ve had all of my vehicles serviced her and recommended family and friends to come here as well. Phillip and Daily are top notch when it comes to customer service and will work hard to make sure you feel taken care of as a customer. They are the reason I decided to purchase my new F-150 from Hudiburg, rather than from a bigger name in the city. Small town customer service, big city capability.
