everyone was super nice when I purchased the car but when it was time for me to get some additional help shortly thereafter, no one made themselves available. I couldn’t even get a manager on the phone. Needless to say I’m disappointed. I still haven’t gotten a call back. It’s been two months.
They have done what was expected also they went behind their call to fix a tier with a nail in it with out any charge.
Service manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was done on time.
Fantastic experience buying an EV truck at Confidence Chevrolet. Gavin was amazing, very knowledgable, friendly, and not pushy at all. David Espinoza in finance was great, friendly, thorough, and not pushy for all the extras (which we did purchase some of). Definitely will consider buying another vehicle from here again.
