This place is extremely unprofessional and has cost me undue time, money and distress. I had an occlusal guard created by them and it did not fit appropriately at all. I figured it was tight but that I was just getting used to it. After the first night I wore it, it would not come off. Because it was a weekend, I had to seek care in an emergency dental office and pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars for service.
