Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. And absolutely no help once so ever. Unless the government is paying for your work and it's free I would not go there.
I tried to schedule an appointment for an emergency abscess extraction, and they hung up on me after taking all my information. Woman was rude and arrogant. Response to owner: I am not removing the reviews, since they all happened on separate occasions and in separate locations. Instead of blaming the patient, maybe you should take more accountability for your employees!
We went in today for partner to get their wisdom teeth removed. They have been in excruciating pain for over a month now but hasn't been able to be scheduled until now. They told them over the phone call that they dont use anesthesia and to me that is absolutely insane. They handed my partner the paperwork and got him seated in a room to prep him for their surgery.
