Only 5 stars because Shawn the tech was wonderful!! Took his time to explain every question that we had! He was very polite and professional.... I recommend asking for Shawn if you need a new AC unit! The help at the front desk would have to receive a one star.... she was very rude and gave us 3 different prices for the same job within a week. She also seemed clueless at what was going on.
