Close the store in Brewton, Al…NOW!!! The staff is filthy, and unkept. The food had to be taken back twice because the grill was “cleaned” improperly. Unsavory characters were coming through the kitchen/back area where only “employees” were supposed to be. This was just an absolute DIVE!!! Are you guys sure drugs aren’t being moved through this place?!

TWENTY DAYS ago, I tried calling Huddle House's Corporate Office. I quickly found out that this "Corporate Office" doesn't remotely accept/receive any inbound phone calls at all, from its clientele! This is an interesting business practice and quite a unique approach in "Customer Service" An email was sent (as this was the ONLY option), and an automated response email was received, stating that the concern had been received and will be forwarded to their "appropriate management team" This is where it all becomes an Utterly L... read more

My first time ever trying Huddle House(snellville) and I couldn’t even try it because “the power was out” but everything was working. She even told me and my family we can sit down them came and told us “the power was out. She could cook us food but not ring us up. Because she was sitting and talking to a man. Horrible service.
