I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect when my partner suggested taking our newborn to Henna for cranial osteopathy. I took my three-month-old to see Henna because he was struggling with colic and wind issues. Henna was absolutely lovely and took the time to really listen to all of his symptoms. After the very first appointment, I noticed a difference, he was more relaxed and generally much happier. We had three sessions in total, and his wind has improved so much. We brought our one week old baby to see Henna after a really tough start. Tongue tie, lots of wind, constant crying, and feeding just felt stressful for everyone. I brought my newborn to Henna for cranial osteopathy and the whole experience was brilliant. She was gentle, calm, and explained everything in a way that instantly put me at ease.
