The service has been consistently disappointing from start to finish. Booking appointments is extremely difficult, with little to no availability for weeks at a time. There’s a lack of continuity, as I’ve never seen the same clinician more than once. Surgeries are often unprepared, missing the necessary equipment to carry out procedures properly. The staff are amazing, friendly and so inviting. The lady Chloe who works in the reception is so welcoming and funny such a lovely lady
