Unprofessional and rude.
Had the absolute worst experience with this office. The older woman Margaret gave such a poor attitude every single time I stepped in the office and not once did a single person reach out to say hey we have questions- updates- nothing. They submitted paperwork late and still to this day have yet to close our account due to poor communication and flexibility with our schedule. Would not recommend unless you want your file to sit untouched for 3 months!!
Absolutely love this office! Such a hard working crew. Any email that is sent is responded to so quickly! Whitney answers all questions I have and always is full of knowledge! Margaret is the sweetest receptionist and always knows how to help. Thank you all so much! Starting a business wasn't the easiest path I could have taken, but you all make it so much simpler! Highly Recommend!
I will never understand why my family has supported this company for so long. They never have tax preparations completed on time and you can expect extensions every year bc they are ‘so busy’. You get what you pay for. Speaking from personal experience from being on payroll, Margaret has the worst attitude and has no business dealing with customers.
