Chef Mike served a beautiful and delicious fall wedding feast. All the dishes were just what the bride and groom had intended and beyond expectations for an elegant outdoor dinner. Chef Mike was easy to work with. I would always recommend him in the future for anyone.
I’m long overdue in posting a review, but Mike and his whole team were truly amazing. From communication, to meeting for a tasting, finalizing the menu and the actually wedding day everything was amazing! Great food, great price and a great guy! Couldn’t recommend enough! I was hesitant considering the lack of reviews but Huck’s Catering was 100% the way to go
Huck’s Catering was one of the major highlights from our wedding for us and our guests. We chose the Charcuterie Table and Fruit/Vegetable Assortment during our cocktail hour. For dinner, we had caesar salad, rolls, Chicken Provençal, Beef Tenderloin carving station, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Mike was so accommodating and great to work with! He did everything he said he would! The food was amazing! He delivered chicken and ribs and Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and carrots and green beans and collards! Everything was delicious!
