There is one very rude and unprofessional lady working in there..and if you prepay for gas ,she rings up the transaction without asking you if your a rewards member..and when you tell her that you are,she starts screaming and cursing at you for not telling her up front..I have been to other Hucks stores before and everyone of the cashiers have always asked me if I was a rewards member before ringing up my purchases. Updated Review: I am updating my rating because the follow-up from Huck’s was excellent. I received a very professional call from the corporate office, followed by a call from the Store Manager. Both were helpful and took my concerns seriously. The manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensured that the issues with the promotion and service were addressed. I visited today around 1:10 PM to get the advertised $1.19 Big Swig deal. I already had the app and a purchase history, but the discount didn’t apply. Instead of helping me navigate the app or explaining that the coupon needs to be manually "added/clipped," the cashier was dismissive and unprofessional. ​She made a comment about how "people just download the app to get free stuff," implying that I was trying to cheat the system.
