The pumps appear to be nonoperational and cease functioning after 7:00 PM each day. The cashier does not seem to exhibit concern and is uncommunicative with myself and my staff. I am uncertain as to the circumstances occurring during the evening shift. I hope that this situation improves. The facility is conveniently located and is maintained in a generally clean condition.
